The Ormond Group Landscape Services, LLC is proud to offer a comprehensive landscape management program for homes in the Charlotte, NC area. Our program includes all equipment, materials (unless otherwise informed), labor and supervision to properly maintain and manage your landscape through our annually contracted service programs. From your lawn to your flower beds, all work will performed on your property will be under an experienced supervisor and performed in accordance with standard horticulture practices.
Turf Management
The Ormond Group will visit your property regularly throughout the course of our annual contract to conduct onsite inspections of your contracted services. Your lawn will be mowed, edged, and trimmed weekly (or as needed) to maintain a neat appearance during the cutting season and as needed in the off-season.
Our comprehensive turf care program will be implemented to include all appropriate applications/treatments required for tall turf fescue, including weed control, fertilizer, and winterizer. We also provide additional application/treatment services for the fall and summer to ensure that your lawn maintains its health and appearance.
Leaf Litter/Leaf Removal
Through our annually contracted service program, leaf removal is available. During the leaf falling season, all turf/lawn areas, walks, drives, patios, decks, and steps will be policed for leaf litter each visit. Our commitment is to protect your turf after the fall seeding process, so the turf areas (in particular) are a priority.
Landscape Bed Management
The Ormond Group will provide services through our annual contract to maintain the health and appearance of landscape bed areas. Our team will ensure that all seasonal, typical pruning for formal landscape bed areas will be performed throughout the year according to professional horticultural practices. Additionally, The Ormond Group will provide monthly inspections of all plant materials – inspecting and removing weeds and treating any pest or disease issues.
Irrigation
With our annual contract, The Ormond Group will monitor your irrigation system and make seasonal settings. Our trained technicians can assist your with all repairs, seasonal adjustments, monitoring, winterization, and spring start-up evaluations.
Annual Color
Let our trained staff assist you with designing an annual flower program that will bring excitement, color and refreshment to your landscape twice annually. Our team will remove old material and flowers, and install new, fresh flowers – maintaining them throughout the season.

Landscape Design/Installation
Whether a corner garden or an entire landscape replacement, our staff is ready to help. We offer a full array of evergreens, perennials, annuals, trees and sod. Through our annual contract, our team is prepared to help your protect and enhance the investment you’ve made in your home.
Mosquito Control
Enjoy your outdoor living/dining space all summer long without the nuisance of mosquitos. Let The Ormond Group protect your patio, garden, and landscape in an environmentally-friendly manner. Our Mosquito Control Program is available through our annual contract.
Mulch/Pine Needle Installation
The Ormond Group offers a variety of shredded hardwood, pine bark and cypress mulches, as well as long-leaf and slash pine needles for installation. Through our annual contract, the mulch/pine needle installation service is available for insulation and health of plant material, as well as aesthetic purposes.
